3. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
4. Placing an Order
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation or provide access to the digital product.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
The price or product information contains an obvious error
-
We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
-
The order violates these Terms and Conditions
-
We are legally prohibited from completing the transaction
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount unless we are legally entitled to withhold it.
5. Prices and Payments

The total price will be displayed before you confirm the order. Prices may vary by location due to taxes, currency conversion or market settings.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party providers such as shopify payment
We do not directly store your complete payment-card details.
All purchases are one-time payments unless a product page and checkout clearly identify an offer as a subscription. Garden Blueprint does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
We may change our prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.
6. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your digital product will normally be made available:
-
Through a download link on the order-confirmation page;
-
By email; or
-
Through another delivery method described on the product page.

Entering a correct email address
-
Checking your spam or junk folder
-
Ensuring that your device supports the stated file format
-
Downloading and securely storing your files
-

If you do not receive or cannot access your product, contact contact@mygardenblueprint.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download link.
7. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
Consumers may normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain online contracts. Different rules apply when digital content is supplied immediately.
If you request immediate access to a digital product during the cancellation period, we must obtain your express consent to begin supplying the content and your acknowledgement that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery or downloading begins.
Before receiving immediate access, you may be asked to confirm:
“I expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that once delivery or downloading begins, I lose my statutory right to cancel.”
Once supply has begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, you cannot cancel merely because you changed your mind.
If immediate supply has not begun, or if the legally required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights when digital content is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
8. Refunds and Faulty Digital Content
Because our products are digital and supplied immediately, we do not normally provide refunds for:
-
Changing your mind after downloading or accessing a product
-
Accidentally purchasing the wrong product
-
Failing to read the product description
-
Lacking compatible software or equipment where requirements were disclosed
-
Being dissatisfied with gardening results
-
Purchasing the same product more than once, unless we choose to assist
However, this policy does not exclude your statutory rights.
If digital content is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us at contact@mygardenblueprint.com.
Where required by law, we may:
-
Provide a replacement file
-
Repair or correct the digital content
-
Restore access
-
Offer an appropriate price reduction
-
Provide a full or partial refund
Please include your order number and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots may help us investigate technical issues.
